Why We're Free
We don't charge a fee.
When you take out a mortgage or protection policy through us, the lender pays us a commission for arranging it — it's built into how the mortgage industry works, and it costs you nothing extra. You'll never see a bill from Vesta.
So how do we make money?
Lenders pay brokers like us because it's cheaper for them than running their own high street sales network. That commission is already factored into the cost of lending — you'd pay it whether you went direct to a bank or came through us. The only difference is, going direct means no one's searching the whole market on your behalf.
Does fee-free mean lower quality advice?
No — if anything, the opposite. Because we're not tied to one lender and we don't rely on client fees, our only incentive is to find you the right deal, not the most profitable one for us. Our advice has to be right for you, or you simply wouldn't come back — and neither would the people you recommend us to.
No hidden costs, no surprises
No arrangement fees, no consultation charges, no "free advice" that turns into a bill further down the line. What you see is what you get: independent, whole-of-market advice, paid for by the lender, not by you.
